Petfolio ("we", "us") helps you keep your pets' health records. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions? Email contact@ourpetfolio.com.

What we collect

Your account email; the pet information you choose to enter (names, breeds, birthdays, microchip numbers, vaccination, medication, vet-visit and appointment details); files you upload (photos and documents); and basic technical data needed to operate the service.

How we use it

To provide the app, store and back up your records, calculate due dates, and send the reminders you ask for. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it's stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage; Vercel for hosting). Access is restricted to your account through per-user security rules; uploaded files are served via private, time-limited links.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Petfolio, or when required by law. If you use household sharing, the people you invite can see the pets you share.

Affiliate links

Petfolio is free. Some product recommendations are affiliate links (e.g. Amazon, Chewy); if you purchase through them we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Those merchants may set their own cookies when you visit them. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Your choices

You can view, edit, or delete your pets and records at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.

Children

Petfolio is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

This is a baseline policy provided for convenience and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before public launch to ensure it fits your jurisdiction and practices.
